Kim Leeper received the title “Leeper is a Keeper” from a client early on in her career, which began in 1991, and has sustained the mantra with her clients ever since. Throughout every home sale, Kim ensures her clients are well-informed and confident in the decisions they make, no matter what stage of homeownership they are in. Whether she is helping a first-time buyer achieve the dream of homeownership, working with a family that has outgrown a home or assisting an “empty nester” with too much space, Kim constantly puts the interests of her clients first.
Kim enjoys spending quality time with her family. Kim is also deeply invested in the community and is involved with a handful of local organizations, including Kiwanis, City Mission, Habitat for Humanity, Girl Scouts, Youth Sports, Cancer Patient Services and Keeping Kids Safe.
