Chad McCarthy brings a dynamic background from education, coaching, and environmental consulting. As a licensed special education teacher and high school football coach, Chad has spent years helping, advocating, and guiding others—skills that translate seamlessly into helping clients navigate the real estate world. Chad loves exploring every possible solution to help his clients. He has been doing that for his students over the last couple decades. In addition to helping anyone with their real estate needs, whether it be buying, selling, or keeping an eye on the market, Chad wants to bring his skills and knowledge from being a special education teacher and administrator to the real estate world and help families and individuals with special needs find suitable homes for their loved ones. Chad believes that there are under served populations of individuals with autism, behavior disorders, and even learning disabilities. Chad would love to help them open the door to their new home!
